Does my Company Need a BACS User Number?

To use our BACS Bureau Service your company must obtain a BACS User Number (OIN - Originators Identification Number for Direct Debits) from your bank. Thereafter we link our Bureau Number (B80056) to you and agree a procedure with you to process your data which can be sent in a variety of secure of electronic formats to us for processing. We validate your data and schedule your submission. When queries arise we are here to prevent them becoming problems by reviewing BACS reports and advising you of any necessary actions.

What Does it Cost?

We have a standard pricelist and charge a £100 initial set-up charge and then a transaction charge based upon the number of items in each file we process for you. There are no hidden charges with transaction charges from as low as 1p per item.

A BACS bureau has to reach certain standards before it can be approved.  Each bureau is inspected every 3 years by BACS to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
