thenHospitality - fully outsourced back office service
The service agreement with Eagle Consulting is a fully outsourced back-office service and includes all book-keeping, ledger maintenance, daily income reconciliation and account posting, supplier invoice posting and BACS payments, payroll management, P11D production and all VAT and accounting reconciliations. As well as full management accounts production and annual returns and taxation advisory services.

The business was established in March 2008 and Barrie Dunn, Financial Director, has signed a rolling agreement with Eagle Consulting having outsourced services from the organisation as the Financial Director of a previous company.

Barrie Dunn - “We operate a fully outsourced services model which enables us to offer the best services to our customers and grow the business at a considerable rate. We are preparing for at least five new management contracts by January 2010, which would not be possible with the financial and time constraints of offering our services at unit level. The cost savings of outsourcing the accounts department are significant, in terms of payroll, real estate and power consumption, and outsourcing enables us to concentrate on the core aspects of our business.”
