Online Payslips - New Service! 

 

Very shortly Eagle Consulting will be offering a new service for your employees – online payslips available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week on an individual basis.

ePayslips is a self service payslip facility that enables employees to access their payslips directly from a secure web site, thereby reducing costs and offering the highest level of service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

ePayslips provides an attractive solution - payslip information is automatically uploaded to the secure website from within Payroll Professional and once there, employees are able to access their own payslips (both current and historic) without the need to revert to the payroll department. Of course, those employees with no internet access or otherwise preferring traditional payslips can continue to have theirs produced by the system in the normal manner.
 
Security has been a paramount consideration in the design of the service – we have incorporated controls normally associated with on-line banking services. An employee can only see his/her own payslip using a unique login.
 
In addition end of year P60 information will be available securely on the ePayslips website.
